Family Office Services
Using my experience running a single family office for over a decade, I can help you manage your personal assets and finances to allow you to continue to run your business without the distraction of managing your personal affairs yourself.
I have experience of managing and reporting on personal assets and finances including private equity, real estate, luxury assets and other liquid assets, often sitting on the board to represent my clients interests as required.
I will take full responsibility for the family balance sheets, cash and treasury, the development of financial and tax strategies and work with other advisors to perform commercial analysis of transactions including cost analysis, due diligence and contract negotiations.
I will also manage property project budgets, monthly personal income and expenditure v budgets, representing the family with external advisors (lawyers, banking and auditors), take oversight of household staff payroll and employee benefits, insurance, performance management and policies and procedures.
I have experience of helping clients manage their investment in various sectors from wine brokers to sports technology, ensuring their investments are managed, reported and governed appropriately.
Family Governance and Succession
As your wealth and family grow, you will need to consider how best to protect your assets for future generations. I can help you develop your succession plan and a clear path to execute your plan to reduce any conflict and ensure the involvement and education of the next generation.
Using my in-depth knowledge of your family assets and ambitions, I can guide and advise you through planning for the stewardship of wealth for future generations.
Family Office set up and ongoing consultancy
As the complexity of your assets and wealth increases over time, you may need to consider whether to form your own family office, having outgrown the virtual services I can provide.
I can help you recognise when this time comes and devise a range of options to implement the preferred strategy, bring in the right people and continue to work with your new family office as trusted advisor as much as it is required
